- We collect basic user data as a protocol of managing server traffic and to maintain smooth functioning of the platform. Also to improve our services provided by the feedbacks and guidance by our users. The data we collect is strictly for ensuring safety of the users.

- “Mann ki Baat” aims to provide emotional support and insights towards his own mental health. However, this is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care. We encourage users with established mental health conditions to seek professional therapy or psychiatric help.
- For those requiring further assistance, we may recommend professional mental health services if the user consents. (But it is at the user’s discretion to use it or not.)
- Our team will make efforts to guide users toward professional support if signs of significant mental health conditions are identified, with the user’s consent.
